These were a bouquet to my friend in Taunton to say thank you to her. My friend took a photo of the bouquet and sent this to me via WhatsApp. The bouquet looked wonderful and was larger than I expected it would be. As it was also a surprise gift to my friend....she said she had seen someone come to her front door carrying a bouquet and she had thought they had come to the wrong house as she was not expecting anything like this....She was thrilled that they were for her and said the bouquet was really beuatiful.

This is by far the best flower shop I've ever used. I bought flowers and reside in the USA, the person I was sending them to lives in England. The communication was awesome throughout the process, Michelle always got back to my emails. Flowers were beautiful. However some descriptions need to make it clearer that the actual product may be of different colouring to that in the online picture. Ours were totally different. It was so easy to order online, especially living in New Zealand it was great I could do it online and not over the phone. Website pictures aren't clear to florist. They couldn't make out what I had ordered and what flowers it containeded. Easy to locate a florist if you don't live locally or want to use big leading companies e.g interflora I left a note saying previously I had a problem with another florist as what arrived was nothing like I ordered. Complaint dealt with in person by MD and refund. Bloomin Lovely called me in person to make sure what I ordered was what they had/ were doing. Colour scheme matched fairly well, and flowers similar. Some flowers not the same and tissue paper used different colour to website. But service and customer care top notch.
